Sonia enjoys 4 decades of Client handling experience, 20 years as a Lawyer and last 20 years as a Trainer/Coach and Facilitator, having served clients and companies globally.

She has been an integral part of the Mckinsey & Company External Facilitator Network as “Facilitator of Leadership Transformation” for over a decade. She started her training career with Dale Carnegie Training as a leading Trainer in all core competencies.

Sonia practised as an Advocate in one of India’s leading Law Firms for almost 2 decades. She handled a diverse range of matters. She also worked as a Corporate Attorney for one of the leading Business Conglomerates in Dubai UAE.

Creative pursuits and Achievements:

Acting in the International sphere: Played Lead role in German/English Feature Film “Ring of the Buddha” www.ringdesbuddha.de a German production. Invited to the World Gala Premiere in January 2003 to Munich, Stuttgart and Zurich. Acted in India’s first youth-based fiction web series “Baked” and in a Times Internet Series “Joint Venture.”
Motivational Speaker: At the age of 14, received International recognition in the form of a Gold Medal from the Prime Minister of India for outstanding communication skills. Sonia is invited frequently as a Motivational Speaker by Companies and Business fora and at various International Conferences, Leadership Conclaves, Academic & Professional/ Management Institutes & Women’s Leadership Conferences.
Music: Released 2 Music Albums, wherein she has given the Lyrics, Song composition and voice. Sang for film “Der Ring Des Buddha”, Western Classicals, “Oliver Twist” and “Pirates of Penzance” and for the All India Radio, Shimla.
Theatre: Acted in various plays like “Oliver Twist” and “Pirates of Penzance”.
Poetry, quotations and writings: She writes poetry in English and Hindi. Her Quotes, articles and blogs have been much appreciated.
Learning through travel: “The world is my oyster”. Has plucked many a leaf of learning in her travel to over 40 countries.
