Siroonik is a life skills coach, international motivational speaker,2X TED-ED Leader, Author- (The Future Compiler) and a life time learner, brings with herself an unquenchable enthusiasm to make a difference and an experience of plus two decades, specifically been in training industry from the year 2010.

She is a psychologist, an Ex Dale-Carnegie training consultant, ICF Certified Coach, POSH Coach, Sales and Leadership Foundation expert-Sandler Training, Canada.

She works with tenured worldwide leaders, young adults, trainers, educationists, corporates and NGOs. She thrives on empowering people, that's where lies her inspiration for founding SHLS in 2016. She thinks of “Why develop” before “What skills” are being targeted to develop. She firmly believes one has to educate, learn and develop continuously and consistently.

She often quips– “You have to try a little harder to be a little better and you have to try a lot harder to be a lot better!”

Her Quirks  - Her work is her hobby, so apart from that her interests are people, colors, books, travels, music and has an ear for new languages because she “Listens to understand”.
