Deepa is an experienced Corporate Training Consultant & Behavioral Coach, training & coaching employees of all levels. Her background prior to consultancy was working with the L&D department in the corporate sector. She moved into a Training Consultant role 13 years ago and has a total work experience of 22 years. She is known to make her trainings insightful, engaging and experiential. She delivers end to end solution in training- right from analyzing training needs, creating and delivering content and conducting post training evaluation.

Her qualifications include, Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) from Mumbai University, Post Graduate in Business Management (PGDBM) from K.J. Somaiya College of Management Studies, Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi, Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie, NLP Practitioner certified by ABNLP (American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming), Certified Leadership & Executive Coach by International Coach Federation (ICF),Wellness and Life Coach (ICF), Transactional Analysis(TA) Foundation Course certified by Institute of Counselling and Transactional Analysis(ICTA), TRACOM Social Styles certified and POSH certified.

She has conducted workshops in Dubai, Oman, Australia, Singapore, Philippines and Bangladesh. This has helped her understand and adapt to different cultures and experience the nuances of cultural sensitivity.
