Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic resource in Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives, ultimately driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Help in the executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Product Marketing: Help in product marketing initiatives, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and collateral development. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and target markets.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media management, influencer campaigns, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website optimisation. Monitor digital analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively to stakeholders.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual elements, and customer experiences. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and channels.
- Event Management: Planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and engage with customers. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI. Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
