Purpose of role
Person would be responsible for designing OD interventions for the organization, facilitating development centers, handling coaching project, conducting classroom and virtual Leadership training programs, creating content and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
This job might be for you if you:
• Possess masters qualification in HRM/ HRD
• Have 6-10 yrs of experience in experience in handling OD interventions, facilitating development centers, leading Coaching projects, conducting training and creating content, either in Training Consulting company or mid to large MNC
• Impeccable English, multi-lingual would be an advantage, exceptional skills in connecting influencing people at all levels, humble in communication and listening ability
• Strong customer centric approach-sensitive to customer’s needs with speed
• Ability to liaise with Senior Management team to understand business requirements and drive initiatives
Your Principal Accountability& how you will make an impact
• Understanding the needs in depth of employees by engaging into conversations with key stakeholders by administering diagnostic tools
• Designing OD interventions like – High Performer study, Job and Competency Analysis etc.
• Independently facilitate Development centers which includes – designing tools, facilitating the center, sharing feedback, analyzing data and presenting the trends, creating participant reports and individual development plans.
• Handling independent projects like Coaching which includes – Executive coaching for Senior Management, handling the internal coaching – coverage, training, reports, support to new coaches
• Facilitating classroom and virtual Leadership development programs for other Canon group countries in Asia region including assessment, content creation.
• Planning and Communication within the training team and across functions
