Experience Required: Experience in a similar industry Total Years of experience: 4-6 Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the outdoor and mall advertising sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with 4-5 years of experience in business development, a proven ability to meet sales targets, and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the outdoor and mall advertising markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to maximizetheir brand visibility.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine andoptimize sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, andcompetitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform business development strategies and uncover newopportunities for growth.
5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations,to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborativeand productive work environment.
6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to seniormanagement.
- Track and analyse key metrics to measure the success of business developmentefforts and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate profile:
Experience: 4-5 years in business development within the outdoor and mall advertisingindustry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
