Experience Required: Experience in a similar industry Total Years of experience: 4-6 Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the outdoor and mall advertising sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with 4-5 years of experience in business development, a proven ability to meet sales targets, and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the outdoor and mall advertising markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to maximizetheir brand visibility.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.


3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine andoptimize sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.


4. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, andcompetitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform business development strategies and uncover newopportunities for growth.


5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations,to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborativeand productive work environment.

6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to seniormanagement.
  • Track and analyse key metrics to measure the success of business developmentefforts and identify areas for improvement.


Candidate profile:

Experience: 4-5 years in business development within the outdoor and mall advertisingindustry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
