Our Client has a joint venture with a Danish MNC with a market cap of $65+ Billion providing Industry Solutions is recognized for delivering tailored voice solutions that cater to a wide range of industries, such as contact centers, offices, hybrid work environments, government sectors, education, and healthcare. 
Requirements:
 - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share for video collaboration solutions.
 
 - Drive product innovation and differentiation, ensuring that our video collaboration solutions meet the evolving needs of customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
 
 - Profit and Loss end-to-end business growth and expansion, sales, and marketing for the Video Collaboration and Unified Communication Vertical.
 
 - Established the Video Collaboration and Unified Communication business vertical and developed a growth trajectory, overcoming challenges such as low market share and high inventory.
 
 - Engaged in new product development from conceptualization to monetization, expanding the Video Collaboration and Unified Communication product portfolio.
 
 - Developed the dealer/distribution network, appointing new channel partners and upgrading the knowledge of existing dealers/distributors on Video Collaboration and Unified Communication Platform.
 
 - Analysed market conditions, forecasted sales and market share, and conducted research to design strategies based on customer behaviour.
 
 - Maximized business goals and revenue by advancing channels, implementing distribution and pricing strategies, and utilizing emerging channels.
 
 - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
 
 - Defined and implemented comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, launch strategy, public relations, sales support, and partner eco-system.
 
 - Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our customer base and drive revenue diversification.
 
 - You should have knowledge about top AVSI's companies in India.
 
 - Drive sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy to ensure visibility into sales performance and resource allocation.
 
 - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our video collaboration solutions and thought leadership.
 
Qualifications:
 - Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the technology industry, with a focus on video collaboration, unified communications, or related solutions.
 
 - Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to video collaboration and unified communications solutions.
 
 - In depth knowledge of technology and platforms, emphasizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google in an enterprise environment.
 
 - Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
 
 - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
 
 - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
 
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and customer success.
 
 - Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively to achieve common goals.
 
 - Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
   
 - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in networking and IT infrastructure, video collaboration, AV design and implementation
